چکیده

The flow characteristics of the supercritical fluid in micro-fin tube is theoretical basis for development heat transfer enhancement and resistance reduction tube. For tubes with different fin shapes, this paper considered physical properties nitrogen state adopted enhanced wall function, reasonable turbulence equations, control etc., to numerically simulate a 2 mm under pressure. distribution velocity field, pressure field was analyzed. turbulent mechanism micro-fins obtained, it found that existence viscous bottom layer slows down inter-costal increases frictional during process.

the effects of changing roughness on the flow structure in the bends

flow in natural river bends is a complex and turbulent phenomenon which affects the scour and sedimentations and causes an irregular bed topography on the bed. for the reason, the flow hydralics and the parameters which affect the flow to be studied and understand. in this study the effect of bed and wall roughness using the software fluent discussed in a sharp 90-degree flume bend with 40.3cm ...

Numerical simulation of a one-dimensional shock tube problem at supercritical fluid conditions

The numerical computation of supercritical fluid flows is extremely challenging because of the complexity of the physical processes and the disparity of the space and time scales involved. Supercritical fluids exhibit large density fluctuations especially very close to the critical region. In this region, the perfect gas law is no longer valid and has to be replaced by a specific equation of st...

2D Numerical Simulation of a Micro Scale Ranque-Hilsch Vortex Tube

In this study, fluid flow and energy separation in a micro-scale Ranque-HilschVortex Tube are numerically investigated. The flow is assumed as 2D, steady, compressible ideal gas, and shear-stress-transport SST k-W is found to be a bestchoice for modeling of turbulence phenomena. The results are in a good agreementwith the experimental results reported in the literature. The results show that f...
